1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Bellaera Wellness website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
Bellaera Wellness is a concierge-style telemedicine practice providing non-emergency healthcare services exclusively within the State of Florida through a licensed independent Nurse Practitioner.
Our services:
Are provided remotely (telemedicine only)
Are not intended for emergency situations
Do not replace urgent or emergency medical care
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate care.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Be physically located in the State of Florida at the time of care
We reserve the right to refuse service if eligibility criteria are not met.
4. No Provider–Patient Relationship
Use of this website does not establish a provider–patient relationship.
Such a relationship is only established after:
Completion of intake
Clinical review
Formal acceptance by our provider
5. Membership & Billing
Bellaera Wellness operates on a monthly membership model.
Memberships are billed automatically on the first day of each month
Memberships renew automatically unless canceled
Payment is processed via secure third-party providers, including Stripe
By enrolling, you authorize recurring monthly charges.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time.
Cancellation does not result in a refund
Your membership remains active through the end of the billing period already paid
No further charges will be applied after cancellation
Example:
If your membership renews on May 1 and is canceled on May 22, you will retain access through May 31, and no charge will occur on June 1.
Bellaera Wellness reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership at any time. In such cases, access will remain active through the end of the paid billing cycle.
7. No Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable, including:
Membership fees
Services rendered or unused
By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
8. Appointments & Usage of Services
Membership grants access to services based on the selected plan.
Patients are not required to use all included services
Missed or unused appointments are not refunded or credited
Scheduling is subject to availability
9. Communications & Response Times
Bellaera Wellness may communicate via:
Email
Phone
Messaging platforms, including WhatsApp
By using our services, you consent to communication through these channels.
Important:
Communications are not intended for emergencies
Response times are not guaranteed
Messages are handled as promptly as possible, with prioritization based on clinical needs and membership level
10. No Emergency Services
Bellaera Wellness does not provide emergency care.
If you experience:
Severe symptoms
Urgent medical concerns
Life-threatening conditions
You must seek immediate in-person care or call emergency services.
11. Medical Disclaimer & No Guarantee of Results
All medical care is individualized and based on clinical judgment.
Bellaera Wellness:
Does not guarantee outcomes or results
Does not ensure that treatments will be effective for every patient
Is not responsible for outcomes if medical recommendations are not followed
Individual responses to treatment may vary.
12. Patient Responsibility

Seek in-person care when advised
Failure to do so may impact outcomes and continuity of care.
13. Limitation of Liability

Delays or interruptions in communication systems

Branding
Logos
Text, materials, and graphics
is the exclusive property of Bellaera Wellness (GB LLC) and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
15. Modifications to Services & Terms
Bellaera Wellness reserves the right to:
Modify services, pricing, or membership structure
Update these Terms at any time
Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
